In order to obtain a user account on the Website, you must complete the registration process by providing LookNow with current, complete and accurate information as prompted by the applicable on-line registration form. During the registration process, you will be required to select a user ID and password for your account. You are entirely responsible for any and all activities that occur under your account.
LookNow shall use commercially reasonable means to protect your password and account against unauthorized access and use. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality, safety and security of the password and account. You are not authorized or permitted to share the password with any other party. Choice of law principles and the United Nations Convention for the International Sale of Goods and any legislation implementing such Convention are hereby expressly excluded.
LookNow reserves its rights to disclose any information regarding you, your transmissions or the Website as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation, or governmental request or investigate suspected violations of these Terms, including the gathering of information from the user(s) involved and the complaining party, if any, and examination of material on LookNow servers and network. We will notify you in advance, in writing, as soon as reasonably possible of any such required disclosure. Violations of these Terms may subject you to criminal or civil liability or other legal action.
